In April of 2013 I wrote this piece on using music as a mantra for the website The Survivor Manual. This website was created by the amazing Angela Shelton (who some of you may know from the documentary "Searching for Angela Shelton") and I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to contribute!
In December 2012 I was a guest columnist for The Orlando Sentinel. I wrote this piece on the Newtown, CN school shooting.
